(Columbus, Ohio) –Wesley Glen Retirement Community has been recognized for providing excellent service to its residents by Holleran, a firm that specializes in conducting resident engagement and satisfaction surveys.
Wesley Glen fosters abundant life for all residents, at any stage of life.
“We provide programs that enhance our residents’ quality of life,” said Dawn Schaffner, COO of The Wesley Communities. “We are proud of Wesley Glen for its commitment to creating an environment that supports individual interests and meaningful life for those we serve.”
The resident engagement surveys measure how well a senior living community supports the successful aging of its residents, as measured in four areas: Voice, Connection, Fulfillment and Well-being.
“Voice,” which was Wesley Glen’s highest score, measures the degree to which residents are able to live independently and have a say in their environment and community. “Connection” represents the degree to which the community makes it easy for residents to create and maintain strong social connections, and “Fulfillment” represents the degree to which the community fosters an environment in which residents can maintain a sense of purpose in life and pursue their goals. “Well-being” represents the degree to which a community provides comprehensive access to health and wellness resources.
“Our staff is committed to providing quality care for all residents,” explains Megan Heller, Wesley Glen Administrator. “I’m proud of all the staff here. We could not achieve these results without our excellent team.”
